Stichting n’Era
MISSION:
Stichting n’Era led by Ukrainian contemporary dance artists Vladyslav Detiuchenko and Veronika Rakitina is dedicated to supporting and promoting Ukrainian contemporary dance and art. Our dance works are created with the goal of conveying global themes such as solidarity, peace, hope, and human relationships, through pieces that become a universal language for spreading these messages. We aim to provide Ukrainian contemporary dancers and artists with a platform for self-expression and international recognition, strengthening the significance of Ukrainian art on the global stage.
Goals
Support for Ukrainian culture and contemporary dance: Promote Ukrainian culture and develop Ukrainian contemporary dance on the international stage, providing a platform for Ukrainian artists to express themselves
Increase awareness across the Netherlands and Europe that the war in Ukraine is still ongoing by presenting productions that amplify Ukrainian modern artists voices.
Build a bridge between Ukrainian and Dutch contemporary dance artists through collaborations and cultural exchange
Reminder of key values through art: Create artistic works that inspire solidarity, peace, and humanity.

To establish platform, a theater that represents Ukrainian contemporary dance and fosters the exchange of cultural experiences between the dance communities of the Netherlands and Ukraine.
Produce new dance pieces and shows, followed by a tour and performances.
Secure sustainable funding through grants, patronage, and strategic partnerships to ensure long-term artistic freedom.
Build an educational platform to share knowledge with professional dancers and students.
Create an inclusive, diverse, and supportive environment.

Make a financial plan for the year
Grant founds
-Find a person who can help with applications
-Submit for new productions
-Get a two-year subsidy.
-Explore EU funding opportunities, such as Creative Europe, House of Europe.
Patronage, and strategic partnerships.
-Get ANBI status to be more interesting for sponsors.
-Organize a evening for potential sponsors. Make a strong and touching presentation.
-Develop a value proposition for sponsors, highlighting what businesses gain from supporting n’Era
-Launch a donor membership program to encourage long-term financial support.

2. Launching Theatrical Productions
Independent Tour through The Netherlands “Introducing Stichting n’Era”
Organize at least 10 performances across the Netherlands with some of productions:
-My Orpheus
-Stand by Me
-EverglowNew Productions
Create at least 1-2 new productions aimed at supporting Ukrainian culture and Ukrainian modern artists and dancers.Start preparation for an international tour

4. Media Impact & PR
Increase n’Era’s visibility in the professional dance and arts community while engaging a wider audience.
Media Networking
-Arrange interviews with leading Dutch cultural publications (Volkskrant, Theaterkrant, AD, etc).
-Invite critics and journalists to n’Era’s premieres.
-Collaborate with dance bloggers and cultural influencers for broader outreach.
Social Media & Content Strategy:
-Find a skilled social media manager
-Implement a consistent content plan (at least 2-3 high-quality posts per week on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
-Launch a video series documenting the creative process (behind-the-scenes, artist interviews).

Launching Stichting n’Era’s Educational Program with the Professional Dance Intensives
Professional Dance Intensive – n’Era Movement Days in The Hague
-Organize 1-2 intensive training program for students and intermediate-level dancers.
-Conduct masterclasses and workshops focused on technique, composition, and artistic development, led by Vladyslav Detiuchenko, Veronika Rakitina, and guest teachers.
Ensure high-quality photo and video documentation for promotion and future funding applications.
